REFORMER

Ideal if you suffer from back pain. It can be used to recover from an injury, gain flexibility, improve athletic performance, lose weight, improve posture, increase bone density and reduce back pain.

TOWER

Complete transformation of the abdominal muscles! Focus on using the device in combination with breathing to lengthen the spine and open the hips.

CADDILAC

Best for everyone, regardless of physical ability! You can challenge yourself with a variety of exercises, with different levels of endurance. For more advanced practitioners, I can use the Cadillac Trapezoid element to practice inversions.

PILATES CHAIR​

Improves athletic performance, also great for recovering from certain injuries.
It is very effective for building arm and leg strength.
For this reason, the seat can be used to improve sports performance in footballers, skiers and athletes.

LADDER BARREL

Pilates Mat offers an efficient and accurate set of exercises.

PERSONAL TRAINING

If you are a beginner or if you have a more active lifestyle in terms of sports, if you are young or old, this type of training is suitable for everyone. The trainings are adapted according to the individual needs, and therefore a personal trainer is recommended, in order to modify the exercises as needed.
There are many types of yoga. Hatha (a combination of several styles) is one of the most popular styles.
It is a more physical type of yoga than a still, meditative form.
Hatha yoga focuses on pranayamas (controlled breathing exercises). These are followed by a series of asanas (yoga postures), which end with savasana (a period of rest).The goal during yoga practice is to challenge yourself physically, but not to feel overwhelmed. The focus is on your breathing, while the mind accepts and is calm.
