ABOUT ME
I have been passionate about nutrition and sports since I was a teenager, even though my path initially went to another field, just as interesting for me, that of languages. But movement has always been a part of my life, which has led me to make a radical career change. Thus, what was originally just a hobby, became a profession over time and I consider it the best decision of my life, because nothing gives me the satisfaction I receive by offering my knowledge to people eager to become a better option. good of them. In this way, I evolve daily, in my turn, because for 8 years, I have been learning from every experience, with every sports session and from every person I train.
MY MESSAGE
The human body is more than what we know anatomically, the human body is energy and is the most complex work of art, in my opinion.
Therefore, we are obliged to preserve the beauty of this “work”, maintaining it physically and mentally through movement, meditation, healthy eating.
