Since childhood, I’ve dedicated my time and energy to sports, eventually finding my true calling in Pilates — a method that perfectly blends control, balance, and strength. I strongly believe in the mind-body connection, which is essential for an effective and optimized workout.
As a Pilates instructor, I focus on each client individually, taking responsibility for offering a personalized training that not only tones but also helps you reconnect with your body.
